Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is recruiting Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for eastern Montana skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Full-time positions offer day or night shifts with competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Current, active, unrestricted RN or LPN license appropriate for the position.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications, or ability to obtain them within six months of hire, as applicable to the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing nursing care and support to residents.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, residents, and families to support individualized care plans.
• Help promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
