Job summary

Greencroft Communities' Windsor of Savoy in Savoy, IL is seeking compassionate RN or LPN licensed in Illinois to join our assisted living and memory care teams. This PRN – As Needed role offers day and evening shift flexibility and a strong commitment to resident-centered care.

You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, collaborating with residents, families and the care team while upholding our values of service, integrity and open communication.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license in Illinois.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
• Experience with PCC / Point Click Care or willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule:

• PRN – As Needed (Level 1 position)
• Flexibility between Day Shift 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m and Evening Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. is preferred.
• Regular availability is required as is monthly notification of availability.

Job Description:

The Windsor RN/LPN will utilize a systematic approach to nursing by incorporating assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the practice of nursing. The RN/LPN will provide healthcare to individuals, families, and communities within their scope of practice as defined by the Illinois Board of Nursing and will believe in the values of customer-centered service, stewardship, ethical conduct and reflection, open communication, and fair treatment of all residents, family and team members.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Current RN/LPN license in the State of Illinois
• Ability to maintain your RN/LPN license as required by the facility or the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
• Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer and Dementia related diagnosis
• Experience with PCC, Point Click Care, or ability and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
