Job summary

Greencroft Communities is seeking licensed RNs or LPNs in Indiana to join a compassionate, resident-focused team. You will provide nursing care to seniors, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain thorough care documentation in a supportive, values-driven community.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN in Indiana; experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and communicate care plans and changes in condition.
