Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation is seeking a PRN RN/LPN to support our upstate day center teams. You will provide high-quality member care, focusing on physical, emotional, and mental well-being in a Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm schedule.

This role offers a flexible PRN arrangement with weekly pay and competitive hourly compensation. Prioritize compassionate care for seniors and adults with disabilities in a community setting.

Qualifications

• SC nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably with seniors or disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interactions with members.

Job Summary:

The PRN RN/LPN at Elite Home Care Day Centers & Transportation in the upstate is responsible for providing high-quality member care in an as needed capacity. This individual will work with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well‑being of members at our day center. This is a PRN, Monday-Friday role in our Upstate South Carolina region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide member care, including administering medications & nursing treatments to those with MD order
• Monitor members health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator/Family as needed
• Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records

Requirements:

• Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities or community setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members and provide redirection when needed

Compensation & Benefits:

As a PRN RN or LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
