Description

RN / LPN | Private Duty Visits | Part-time, Grand Rapids

Atrio Help at Home, our private duty home care agency, is seeking an RN or LPN to join their team of private duty care professionals for about 5 hours per week.

What will you do?

• Manage funded clients through Area Agency on Aging in Grand Rapids
• Nursing visits to private duty clients - med set ups, injections, wound care, lab draws, etc.
• Diabetic education
• Annual skills training for the home health aides
• Participate in the minimal on-call rotation about one weekend every 5 weeks

Hours: 5 hours per week

Compensation

• LPN: $27.65
• RN: $31.75

Qualified candidates

• Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Michigan
• Experience working in private duty services, certified home health, hospice, or assisted living facilities
• This position also requires reliable transportation and proof of Michigan driver's license and auto insurance.
