Piper Shores is Maine’s premier nonprofit continuing care retirement community seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our Skilled Nursing team. You will provide resident care, respond to calls, document health changes, and collaborate with the DON and physicians to maintain CMS standards.

This full-time role requires Maine licensure, CPR certification, and preferred long-term care experience; you must be able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Vaccination requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Active Maine RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides compassionate care to residents.
• Responds to emergency calls and provides care as needed.
• Communicates health or vital changes with DON and/or Physician.
• Serves as a positive role model for CNAs and clinical staff.
• Completes required documentation and ensures CMS/policy compliance.
