Piper Shores is a 5-star CMS-rated Skilled Nursing community caring for a small, intimate resident group. You will join an overnight team of two nurses and two CNAs to deliver compassionate care from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The role requires Maine RN or LPN licensure, CPR, and strong clinical judgment. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 is paid in your first paycheck, with an overall bonus structure and full benefits described by the facility.

Qualificações

• Current Maine RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Description

At Piper Shores, our 5-star CMS-rated Skilled Nursing neighborhood serves just 40 residents, with an overnight team of two nurses and two CNAs. That means you’ll work alongside an experienced care team throughout your shift.

Our staff are fully trained and prepared to manage night-time behaviors sometimes experienced by older adults living with dementia such as sundowning or interrupted sleep cycles with compassion, confidence, and a person-centered approach.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 paid in your first paycheck!
