Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an RN or LPN to deliver pediatric home healthcare, treating infants to adolescents per physician plans and coordinating care in the home.

The role emphasizes education for families, accurate documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team; weekend differential and flexible scheduling are available to support caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
• Active Nursing License in good standing (required).

Responsibilities
