Home Heart Florida is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric home care in Port St. Lucie, FL. The role requires an active Florida RN or LPN license, BLS, and experience with feeding, medication administration, and constant supervision.

Shifts include weekends with various hours, and on-site visits to the family’s home. The company emphasizes a dedicated clinical team, streamlined onboarding, and reliable scheduling to support you and the patient.
