Advantage Nursing Services is seeking home care nurses for day shifts in Carol Stream, IL. The role offers flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN hours with shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Applicants must hold an active IL nursing license and current CPR certification. Pediatric/home care experience is not required, and benefits include weekly pay, paid vacation, and 24/7 RN support.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
