The Summit of Bettendorf, a WellSpire Community for Healthy Living, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support residents at The Summit in Bettendorf.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, provide wound care and IV therapy, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with physicians and families to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license is required.
• Experience in long-term care or elder care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.
• Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate resident care and communicate with physicians and families.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other healthcare staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents.
• Offer emotional support and education to residents and families regarding care plans.

About the Role: Registered Nurse

As an RN, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at The Summit in Bettendorf.

As a Registered Nurse you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation and monitoring for side effects.

• 1st shift FT 12 hours
