Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for day shifts in Lenzburg, IL. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN hours with patients in their homes and a focus on compassionate, professional care.
Salaries range from $30 to $35 per hour, with a supportive team and health benefits available. Responsibilities include 1 on 1 patient care, following physician care plans, monitoring conditions, documenting charts, and assisting patients with daily activities.
Qualifications
- Active IL nursing license is required.
- CPR certification is required.
- Experience with trach care is preferred.

- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
