Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• Prior experience in G-tube, Trach, and Vent care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1 on 1 patient care.
• Administer nursing care as per physician's treatment plan.
• Monitor patient's condition and maintain accurate charts.
• Assist patients with daily activities.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide caregiver relief.
