Job Summary

The Pathology RN processes and reviews pathology reports, discusses findings with patients, schedules surgical procedures, and manages results reporting. This role also involves clinical duties such as patient care, procedure assistance, documentation, and patient education, under supervision.

Education and Experience

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing program required
• Experience preferred but not required

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Current certification/license from recognized bodies or active LPN/RN license in the state of employment
• CPR certification required
