CMA - $18 - $22

LPN - $23 - $31

RN - $29 - $40

Pay scale will vary depending on level of education and experience.

Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To

  • Float between various departments as needed to provide clinical support.
  • Assist with patient assessments and care plans under the direction of nursing staff.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements, Including But Not Limited To

  • A graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa (or) a graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed as a Registered Nurse able to work in the state of Iowa.
  • Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and prioritize your work.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively calm patients and be able to deal with distressed and/or agitated patients and their families.
  • Must adhere to all training requirements as mandated by Federal, State, and Professional licensure and regulatory standards.
