Job summary

Clinton Healthcare Center is seeking an RN or LPN Nursing Unit Manager to lead unit operations with heart and empathy. You will be accountable for all 24-hour operational aspects of the unit, guiding nursing staff and ensuring patient-centered care for residents and families.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years supervisory/management experience in a caregiving setting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland
• 2 - 5 years Supervisory/Management experience
• Previous Long Term Care Experience
