Maple Grove is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated nursing team in a skilled nursing setting. We offer day and night shifts with Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN opportunities to fit your needs.

Qualifikationen

Current RN or LPN license in good standing
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach
Dependable and professional
Ability to work effectively as part of a nursing team
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Aufgaben

Provide nursing care according to resident needs and care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document resident conditions
Communicate changes in resident condition to the clinical team
Work closely with CNAs and other nursing staff
Communicate professionally with residents, families, physicians and team members
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort and quality of life
Support a positive and collaborative nursing environment
