Qualifications

• If position requires IV therapy, graduation from an approved program or IV course.
• Must hold an unencumbered LPN license and maintain required competencies and CEUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
• Demonstrate nursing principles and apply age-specific standards.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Support residents, families and staff within an interdisciplinary team.
