Job summary

Campbell Street in Carroll, IA is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our dedicated nursing team. New graduates are welcome and on-the-job training is provided to help you grow and contribute to resident care from day one.

You’ll monitor residents, administer meds per orders, document care, and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life for our residents during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN or LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care promoting dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders, care plans, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and respond to changes that require assessment or intervention.
• Document care and communicate status and changes to the care team promptly.
• Follow infection prevention practices and maintain accurate clinical records.
