Job Opportunity: New Graduate Nurses (RN or LPN)

Birchwood Health Care Center, part of Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, seeks dedicated New Graduate Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our team.

Located in Forest Lake near North Shore Dr, Birchwood Health Care Center has been serving seniors since 1979, specializing in TCU (Transitional Care Unit) and Long-Term Care. We are a non-profit organization committed to helping seniors Age Magnificently.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time or Part-time, PM or NOC shifts available
  • RN Wage: $37.50 - $42.50/hour
  • LPN Wage: $29.50 - $35.00/hour
  • Shift Differential: $2.00 for PMs, $2.50 for NOCs
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 for FT, $1,250 for PT (applicable to PM & NOC shifts)
Responsibilities
  • Perform rounds to monitor and evaluate nursing care quality
  • Ensure proper documentation of care, medications, and treatments
  • Assist in staffing and scheduling in collaboration with the Director of Nursing
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid RN or LPN licensure
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff
  • Proficient in computer skills, including email usage
