Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for evening shifts in Crossville, IL. We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN hours with 4:00pm-10:00pm, Monday–Friday.
Join a reputable home care company serving Illinois and Missouri, providing compassionate, in-home nursing care. Responsibilities include 1-on-1 patient care, following physician care plans, monitoring conditions, recording vitals, assisting daily activities, and caregiver relief.
Qualifications
- Active IL Nursing License is required.
- Current CPR Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
