Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a full-time night-shift registered nurse to perform systematic assessments and plan/implement care for patients and families. The role requires taking an active part in care planning, interventions, and timely evaluation of outcomes to ensure safe, effective care.

Eligible candidates must hold a Missouri RN license or a compact-state RN license; an accompanying Missouri Practical Nurse license is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse License or current RN license from a compact state.
• If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
• Current Missouri Practical Nurse license or compact-state PN license.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses patients and families as part of The Medical Plan of Care.
• Plans and implements appropriate interventions and evaluates effectiveness.
• Adjusts plans as indicated to provide safe and effective care.

What You'll Do

In conjunction with The Medical Plan Of Care, Independently Performs Systematic And Continuous Assessment Of The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; and Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.

Requirements

Current Missouri Registered Nurse License Or Current Registered Nurse License From A Compact State. If A Compact License Is Held, It Must Be In The Nurses State Of Residence.

OR

Current Missouri Practical Nurse license or current Practical Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse's state of residence.
