Job summary

Atrium Centers in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed RN or LPN to provide direct resident care in our 65-bed community. You’ll assess, administer medications, and collaborate with a caring team to promote health, dignity, and comfort for residents.

This role offers part-time 1st shift with 8-hour shifts, the potential for full-time on 2nd shift, and a starting pay of $42 per hour. We value compassion, reliability, and adherence to state regulations; must be Wisconsin-licensed.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN License – Wisconsin.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
