Responsibilities:

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting wellness screenings and vaccination events
• Providing exceptional customer service to employees
• Promoting healthy habits and wellness initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must have frequent internet access via mobile phone, tablet, computer and/or laptop.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Passionate and motivated to provide the best possible care and customer service
• Possess a professional and clean appearance
• Proven track record of attendance and punctuality
