Good Samaritan in West Union, IA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts. 36 hours weekly. The RN will perform nursing assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation, coordinating resident care and education across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state.
• Possesses required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, assess residents and educate on care plans.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed staff.
