Job summary

Join the Avera Cancer Institute Hematology, Transplant and Cellular Therapy clinic in Sioux Falls as a Registered Nurse. You will coordinate patient care activities, room patients, monitor vitals, assist procedures, and manage order entry, while triaging calls from patients and caregivers.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, 80 hours every two weeks. The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and adherence to CARE standards, with a strong focus on patient education, safety, and efficient clinic

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with effective communication.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing care to patients.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
• Coordinates the patient care activities for the clinic.
• Prepares equipment and assists provider during procedures.
• Triage phone calls from patients and caregivers.
• Maintains exam rooms and ensures cleanliness.
• Schedules appointments and manages patient flow.
