Job summary

Atrium Centers in Kentucky is seeking an experienced RN or LPN to join our 100% employee-owned team on the night shift. You will assess, plan, and provide direct resident care, administer medications, and supervise nursing assistants according to individualized care plans.

You’ll work in a resident-centered environment where teamwork, compassion, and clinical excellence guide every day, while staying compliant with state rules and maintaining resident safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• IV certification to administer medications.
• Working knowledge of state regulations.
• Strong communication and dependable attendance.
• Positive, can-do attitude and passion for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments per resident needs.
