Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking an RN or LPN to join our mission-driven team in Michigan. This full-time role includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus and direct resident care, medication administration, and supervising nursing assistants.

You will work within state regulations to promote safety and well-being, in an ESOP-owned environment with strong support for professional growth and teamwork.

Located in Houghton Lake, MI, this position emphasizes compassionate, high-quality care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Working knowledge of state rules and regulations governing nursing practice.
• A passion for improving the lives of residents.
• Positive, dependable and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide direct resident care according to care plans.
• Administer medications and complete treatments as required.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants (RN role).
