Lexington Health Care Center in Lexington, NC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for its 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

We value caring, warm-hearted nurses who provide meaningful care and build relationships with patients and their families. The LPN supervises CNAs and delivers direct patient care, writing weekly/monthly summaries for RN review, and adhering to state and MFA policies.

Qualifications

• North Carolina Board of Nursing license to practice as an LPN or RN
• One (1) year of nursing experience preferred
• New Grads welcome to apply

Lexington Health Care Center in Lexington is seeking LPNs for its 100 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Current license by the North Carolina Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse


• One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred.
