Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.
• Current state license as an RN and BLS/CPR certification.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to veterans.

• Provide and coordinate direct nursing care for assigned residents.
• Assess residents, develop and update care plans with the care team.
• Utilize scheduling and surveillance tools to support operations.
• Maintain accurate written and verbal communications with staff and families.
