Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution.
• Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred.
• Current state RN license and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Organization and evaluation of direct nursing care for a specific assignment.
• Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care to residents and families.
• Demonstrate knowledge of gerontology and rehabilitative or psychiatric nursing.
• Operate office equipment and scheduling software as needed.
• Recognize opportunities for improvement through continual learning and professional practice.
