Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking an RN/LPN (Float) to provide quality care across multiple Benedictine communities within the region. You will travel to facilities, perform initial data collection, and support residents under RN supervision, delivering compassionate, Relationship Based Care.

The role requires current state licensure, clear English communication, and willingness to travel; clinical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Overview

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an RN/LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

Responsibilities

• The RN/LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The RN/LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• RN/LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
