Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking an experienced LPN to supervise the evening shift (Monday through Friday) and oversee patient care for residents and patients.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, document care, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes in a state-of-the-art facility designed for comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure and CPR certification.
• Experience, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
