Advantage Nursing Services Inc is seeking home care nurses for evening shifts in Pontiac, IL. The role runs Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN hours to start immediately.

No pediatric or home care experience is required, and benefits include flexible schedules, weekly pay with direct deposit, paid vacation, health benefits, and 24/7 RN support.

Formación

• Active IL nursing license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
• Care for patients according to the physician's plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient conditions and document charts accurately.
• Assist patients with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Take and record vitals and report changes to supervising nurse.
• Provide caregiver relief and support to family caregivers.

Requirements
