Advantage Nursing Services is seeking evening homecare nurses for Streator, IL. Positions available: full-time, part-time, and PRN with a Monday–Friday 2pm–10pm schedule. Must hold an Illinois nursing license and CPR certification. Salary ranges from $30 to $35 per hour with RN support available 24/7.

Qualifications

• Active IL Nursing License required.
• Current CPR Certification required.

• Provide nursing care per physician's care plan.
• Monitor patient condition and document charts.
• Assist patient with daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.

Requirements
