Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services Inc in Lansing, IL is hiring home care nurses for day shifts. Positions available full-time, part-time, and PRN, with Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am–7:00pm schedules.
You will provide one-on-one patient care, follow the physician care plan, monitor patients, document charts, assist with daily activities, record vitals, and provide caregiver relief. Active IL nursing license and CPR required; prior G-tube experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Active IL nursing license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior G-tube experience.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
- Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
