Job summary

Colonial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to join our team. This role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, and wound management within our 48-bed skilled nursing facility.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, develop individualized care plans, and maintain accurate records while contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Monday to Friday 7a-3p with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Current RN/LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
• 0 years of experience required in SNF or similar setting.
• Monday - Friday 7a-3p with no weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents including direct patient care, medication administration, and wound management.
