Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking home care nurses for day shifts in Chicago, IL (60628). Shifts are 7am–7pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Full-time, part-time and PRN hours are available immediately.
No pediatric or home care experience is required. We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay with direct deposit, nurse referral bonuses, paid vacation, 24/7 RN support and comprehensive health benefits. Responsibilities include 1-on-1 patient care, following the physician care plan, monitoring

- 1 on 1 patient care.
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan.
- Monitor patient's condition and document charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
