Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses for day shifts in Westfield, IL. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN hours with a schedule on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7am–5pm, plus benefits and weekly pay. Responsibilities include 1 on 1 patient care, following physician care plans, charting, and patient assistance.

Active IL nursing license and CPR certification are required to provide care in home settings with 24/7 RN support and paid vacation options.

Qualifications

• Active IL Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
