Job summary
Mercy Community Healthcare in Franklin, TN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our community-focused team. This role involves administering nursing care to patients of all ages, triaging calls, and documenting in our EMR. We value compassionate, team-oriented professionals dedicated to outstanding patient care.
New grads are welcome. TN licensure in good standing and BLS certification are required, with a schedule of four days per week and a set day off
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.
- Must hold a current LPN or RN license in TN.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Newly graduated nurses welcomed.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients of all ages.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Document patient medical records accurately in EMR.
- Triage patient calls and urgent concerns; respond promptly.
- Collaborate with providers to ensure high-quality care.
- Assist with clinical procedures, medications, and vaccinations.
