Job summary
Jefferson City Care and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead nursing care for residents in a 12pm–8pm shift. This full-time role includes coordinating care, supervising staff, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with standards and orders.
Qualified candidates will hold an active Missouri RN license, CPR certification, and have at least one year of nursing experience. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a supportive team
Qualifications
- RN license required in Missouri.
- CPR certification required.
- Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing.
- One year nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide nursing care for residents and supervise nursing staff.
- Assess and document residents' conditions and nursing needs.
- Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
- Assign nursing tasks to team members according to needs and capabilities.
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
- Initiate IVs and perform treatments as needed.
- Ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is maintained safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
