MP RPO seeks a clinic support professional in Wolfeboro, NH, under Practice Manager supervision, to coordinate and ensure delivery of high-quality medical services. The role includes clinical support, patient access, and coordination with Pharmacy for sample medications.

You will document patient information in the EMR, perform EKGs and basic tests, assist in minor procedures, and educate patients on medications, diet, and exercise, while ensuring compliance with NH Immunization Program

Formación

• Completion of RN or LPN program.
• NH state license is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate delivery of quality care and med services with the practice team.
• Supply, equipment and medication coordination; maintain inventory.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, rapid tests and other CLIA-waived procedures.
• Prepare patients, document chief complaints, medical history and vital signs.
• Provide patient education and communicate results and treatment plans.
