Green Valley Health Care in Oklahoma is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs to provide compassionate care for residents in a long-term care facility. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement personalized care plans and ensure well-being.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health, assisting with ADLs, and maintaining accurate records. A team-focused, patient-centered approach is essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Valid LPN or RN license in Oklahoma.
• CPR certification required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate RNs / LPNs to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in our long-term care facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor resident health and vital signs, reporting any changes to the appropriate medical staff
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid LPN/RN license in the state of Oklahoma
• CPR certification
• Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Shift: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6pm Job Type: Full-time

RN & LPN OPPORTUNITY – UP TO $50,000 IN POTENTIAL INCENTIVES!

Qualified nurses may be eligible for up to $40,000 in student loan repayment assistance PLUS a $10,000 stipend through the Nurses for Nursing Homes program!
