Job summary

American Pediatric & Adult Hcs Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage a plan of care for individual patients, observing and communicating effectively in your patient's best interest.

To succeed, you should be currently licensed as RN or LPN in the state of employment, with strong interpersonal and client care skills, and CPR certification. Previous RN/LPN experience is preferred and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN or LPN in state of employment.
• Previous experience as a RN or LPN is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Trach, g tube, Multiple Medication, and catheter
