Job summary

Memorial's Behavioral Health Unit seeks a compassionate RN to provide acute inpatient care for adults experiencing emotional and psychiatric crises. You will assess, monitor, and support patients, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and dignity.

With an emphasis on presence, de-escalation, and patient advocacy, you’ll help patients move toward recovery on a 10-bed unit in a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana RN license or compact RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute inpatient behavioral health nursing care for adults.
• Collaborate with social workers, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
• Administer medications and manage safety, assessment, and patient comfort on a 10-bed unit.
