Full Job Description

Position: RN/LPN Unit Manager

Vantage currently has an opportunity available for an RN/LPN Unit Manager. Our rehab and nursing center provides rehabilitation programs, post-acute short and long-term health care, skilled nursing, hospice care, and respite services.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversight of the day-to-day nursing activities of the unit and maintaining accountability of all unit staff on a 24-hour basis.
  • Supervising the work performance of unit staff and assisting as necessary.
  • Assessing residents on the unit to ensure nursing care aligns with physicians’ orders and facility policies.
  • Making rounds on residents at the start and end of shifts and throughout.
  • Ensuring care delivery complies with the mission, vision, values, policies, standards of practice, and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Current RN or LPN license in MA.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a long-term care unit manager (preferred).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and Portuguese (preferred).
