Job summary

Vivo Healthcare in Fort Pierce, FL, is seeking an RN/LPN for the overnight shift (11pm–7am) to deliver compassionate patient care. A Florida RN license is required, with supervisory experience preferred.

You will develop patient care plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while upholding safety standards. This role emphasizes strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current Florida RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
