AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Hospice RN/LPN for our After-hours department (Home Care/Long Term Care) supporting our Greensboro service area. This position is Part-time; every other Saturday/Sunday 9:00am - 9:30pm. CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Job Summary

Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish nursing care goals, and implement interventions. Document outcomes of care. Collaborate with physicians to establish and implement medical plans. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, caregivers, and community organizations. Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships, providing emotional support and education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Licensed as RN/LPN in North Carolina, in good standing with NCBON
• One year of experience in an acute, hospice, home health, or long-term care setting
• CPR certification from AHA or ARC BLS

Other requirements include a valid driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and own transportation.
