Join to apply for the RN/LPN After-hours role at AuthoraCare Collective

AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Hospice RN/LPN for our After-hours department (Home Care/Long Term Care) supporting our Greensboro service area.

This position is full-time, 8:00 pm - 8:30 am, every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.

CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Job Summary

Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish nursing care goals, and implement interventions. Document outcomes, work with physicians to establish medical plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers, providing emotional support and education.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Currently licensed as an RN/LPN in North Carolina, in good standing with NCBON
• One year of experience in an acute, hospice, home health, or long-term care setting
• CPR certification from AHA or ARC BLS

Other requirements include a valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and own transportation.
