Job summary

Pulaski Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pulaski, Virginia is seeking an RN/LPN Charge Nurse with a patient-first approach to deliver exceptional care. This role supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care while following MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as an LPN or RN.

The Charge Nurse supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA Nursing Policies and Procedures. This position also assists in the development/implementation of patient care plans, identifies patient goals/approaches, resolves patient/family concerns, and summarizes concerns for Clinical Unit Manager.

Qualifications include:

• Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
